Manually create an invoice

Need to create an invoice manually?

We know sometimes the automated systems fail you or there is an unexpected situation in your business; so we give you the flexibility to do things manually.

Great how can I create my invoice?

It is easier than ever, just head over to the "Draft invoices" view and hit "Create invoices". This will prompt you to select an invoice calendar, instead of that hit the "Create manually" button and then select the client you would like to create an invoice for.

Great now we will create a blank invoice ready for you to add the required timesheets and hit save to come back later or publish if you are happy with it.

Quick info

If you have set up integration with an external accounting system such as Xero, nothing will be created in that system until the invoice is published.

Help I have made a mistake and need to update the invoice
